First off let me just you crazy cats are a smart bunch. The answers and advice left for jobseekers going into an interview were absolutely brilliant. All of the responses address key challenges that someone faces during a job interview and we really appreciate you sharing your experiences with us here at @YourJobStop. Melissa reminded us all that eye contact counts, when she wrote--"If you can look an interviewer in the eye the entire time (or the majority of the time) it shows you have good self-esteem and strength. In today's world a person that can handle tough clients and situations is an asset to any company."
Robert stressed the importance of "doing your homework," when said, "Research the company you are interviewing with, make sure you know all of the little details about the job you are interviewing for. A prospective employer wants to know that YOU are the best choice for the position they are trying to fill."
Amrit took us back to the crucial basics with his advice, "Show genuine interest in the job you are applying for. Tell the interviewer what you bring with you that can help the company improve the product or service."
Jonathan reiterated the importance of asking intelligent questions with his response, "The bottom line, if you can ask good, deep questions, the hiring manager will be impressed."

Matt made it clear one thing really does matter more than the rest--confidence in yourself, when he said, "Stand tall and walk into the interview room with a sense of purpose. You're going to get hired today. End of story.
