GrouperEye.com: Taking the College Graduate Job Search Social
A lot has been changing in the job search world. The market has seen a ton of action over the past year and half. Things have gone social, viral, new-age, webby. We have read about mobile applications, communities, Facebook apps, twitter accounts, and more—all of these with one goal…to update the traditional job search model.
For years the power of hiring has been in the HR lead’s hands. They thumb through a list of candidates, with little to go on. They may have gone online and Google a name or maybe they called and checked on a reference, but other than that, the job search process was pretty finite.

A company has the ability to tailor any contest to help find the best graduates out there. 
Candidates also have all of the old school job search tools as well. You can search job postings, get advice on your resume, and connect with key company players. I have heard that parents have been funding their graduate children on the career search and job application programme provided by www.jobsforgrads.co.uk - they offer an intensive job coaching service to graduates. Seems like a number of top companies have employed the graduates this company has coached.

Pay attention employers AND college students! Groupereye.com offers the chance to "test drive" the talent before making the marriage proposal. Sounds like a way to reduce the bad breakups. Will be watching the Sept 15th launch!
