Fun Things to See & Do in New York, New York

It’s almost impossible to summarize the thousands of amazing attractions that bring millions of visitors to the Big Apple every year, but there are a few landmarks and experiences that can’t be missed. For those of you looking to visit the world’s most notable city, be sure to bring your walking shoes, camera, and energy…it’s going to be a long day of fun on the streets of New York.

Empire State Building: okay let’s be honest, if you don’t go see the Empire State Building you can’t really say you visiting NYC, now can you? Although tickets can be as much as 20 dollars, and waiting in line can take you upwards from an hour to two, there is no view out there that beats the top of the Empire State Building. You can see the city with 360 degree views, and no filters. I have been personally and consider it one of the best views and tourist experiences of my life.

Rockefeller Center: Known for the infamous holiday season, Rockefeller has become a staple must see during Christmas. They put up (arguably) the largest holiday Christmas tree, thousands of twinkle lights, and set out a ice-skating park, right there in the middle of the nation’s busiest city. Even if you cant visit during Christmas, be sure to stop by and check out the Top of the Rock Observation Deck for amazing views of New York City.

Central Park: Looking to escape the hustle and bustle of New York City? Check out Central Park for a flashback to simpler times. Go for a job around its well-known, highly adored landscaping and trees, or catch a carriage ride for a quintessential New York minute. Perhaps one of the more adorable tourist attractions in NYC, be sure not to miss Central Park on your next trip.
